       酸轧联合机组是一条大型宽带钢高速冷连轧生产线，应用了多项当今领先技术，集激光焊机、拉矫破鳞机、浅槽紊流酸洗设备、高精度双塔式切边设备、激光测速仪、高精度六辊HC轧机、AGC自动厚度控制及板型闭环控制、全数字交流变频传动于一身，机组轧制速度1500米/分。具有优质高效、低耗的特点，其装备技术达到国际先进水平。

1） 形式:两弯一矫；
2）最大延伸率≥4%（控制精度为±0.1%）；
3）上工作辊快开（避免焊缝划伤辊面）和快速换辊功能；
4）良好的板形纠正能力，除鳞防尘效果及设备维护性能极佳。
